Sneha Das (She/Her)
Research Development Manager
As Research Development Manager, Sneha advances key strategic initiatives at CSBS by offering comprehensive proposal development support, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations, and supporting the CSBS Small Grant program. She develops programming on climate change and human health and will co-lead the NSF CAREER Club starting in Spring 2025.
Before joining CSBS, Sneha was a Graduate Career Exploration Fellow at the Office of Proposal Development (OPD), where she gained significant experience working on interdisciplinary proposals, including the I-ADVANCE. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Microbiology from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India.
